What If you could exercise for 5 minutes once a week and gain benefits from it?

No changing your clothes, or shoes. No sweating. How interested would you be in joining a center to do this. This exercise is mostly aimed at people who have trouble using or just don't want to use a gym or the Y.
But actually everyone would benefit from it.

Personally, I like exercising. I enjoy it, but I think that this kind of program would really reach out to lots of people and would hopefully get more people active. I think many people would be interested in this.
