Lime water - pickle question!?
Why does the lime settle to the bottom of the water every time? Is this normal? Do I need to stir the pickles around alot (for the 24-hr soaking time) to keep the lime stirred?

If you are using water made from pickling lime, you won't have any problems with the lime settling to the bottom. If you are using regular lime water, that is your problem. To learn how to make pickling lime water, visit the following web site:
