What is bebe presenta' in Spanish?

A little girl in class today said something like "bebe presenta'" and the teacher said it means "nosy". But I can't find anything like that in translation sites. Can someone confirm this idiomatic phrase and the spelling? Thanks.

it should be written

bebé presenta

and it means something like "there is a baby present". They are probably calling someone a baby or a crybaby or immature or something like that.
