Okay so ever see a movie or show where someone has a vile and they throw it down and it creates a mini flash bang with a bright light and a lot of thick smoke giving the person a chance to get away undetected? Well, how exactly so you make one of those?? Anyone know how to make one?

Flash bang material is dangerous. It's used by military and law enforcement. It is a cool effect, but care must be taken if you are going to make some.
there are many different types and I wouldn't mess with any of the liquid stuff, it can absorb into your skin and much of that stuff causes cancer.
A simple way to make flash powder is taking apart firecrackers and bottle rockets and those things. Those pop rocks are an example, the rocks in the packets set off friction energy which ignites the powder. there's just not much of the powder, just enough to make a popping sound, that is use more powder with those rocks for smoke and flash.
