That's difficult to answer. The amount of iodine in plants/veggies is dependent on how much is in the soil they're grown in. Much of the world's soil has been overused and is deficient or low in trace elements like iodine. Much of the world population is iodine deficient because of that and if they're iodine deficient and eat soy, it can damage their thyroid. Like protein, your body can't store iodine. You need it every day.
I'd agree that your best source of iodine, if you don't eat fish/eggs/dairy, is probably table salt that contains iodine. Most of it does. Just read the label.

Iodine rich foods that nourish the thyroid are: fish and sea vegetables such as: arame, kelp, dulse, hijike, nori, wakame, and kombu. Seaweeds are very nourishing to the glands.
