I am five weeks along and he's recently started jumping on me and pulling on his Leash alot also he rolls around alot when he in bed with me he is not a dominate Alita bye any means and has always been very sweet and careful but some life changes have left him with to much energy and no outlets so what can I do while preg to get him to not jump and not be so hyper

One method that might help with the jumping is to watch your dog and when it starts to jump, turn away from it and totally ignore it. Once all 4 feet are back on the ground, praise him. Most dogs learn quickly that jumping means not attention from you while staying on the floor get praise and attention.
As for your dog not being dominate, that may be, but at 7 to 8 months is the period your Akita may show some dominance. Personally I would set some limits and one of those would be no Akita on my bed.
If your dog is an American Akita, at 7 months he is likely in the 80 to 85 pound range and will probably soon be 100 to 110 pounds. That's a lot of dog to be sharing your bed and jumping on you.
Of course that is your decision and I am just making a recommendation.

How about you take her back to the breeder for another week? She's not old enough to leave mama yet, and it could cause you problems later on. Pee pads? For an AKITA? Do you want a big dog like an akita trained to think it's okay to eliminate in the house? Then throw away the pads and begin crate training. She needs to go potty outside, like any other dog. Take her out when it seems like she needs to pee and praise when she goes.

5 weeks is barely NOTHING. You aren't even really there for it to be considered viable or even have a heartbeat!!!!
I would have answered this more helpfully if you were at least 15 wks or something…
But you need to be dominant over him. And keep on training him because he is still a puppy.
He won't really mellow out until he is 2 years old and out of that rebellious and difficult puppy stage. Don't allow him in the bed and put him in the crate when its bed time. And walk him. You can still walk.

Hmm, I'd strongly recommend something like the simpleLEASH.
If your pup is pulling you and you're pregnant, the behavior needs to stop immediately.
The simpleLEASH provides your pup with a safe, brief stimulus that will let him know the pulling is NOT acceptable.
Dogs learn quickly what is and what isn't acceptable behavior.
I recently watched a tutorial video of the simpleLEASH, and it seems to be extremely effective.
