I need the Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso for flute and wind band by Saint-Saens?

Hello all!

I want to play this piece for my senior solo this year. I know it's originally for a violin accompanied by an orchestra, but I've found two instances where this arrangement of flute and band exists. Here are two links to it :

Yet, I can't find the sheet music for it anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!

Check on Larry Krantz' website - he keeps a huge database of what you want. If you cannot find this - then look at the Rhapsody by Bulla. If you ask on some of the good flute forums ( Larry Krantz, Yahoo FLUTENET) you might get a response form Clinton Niewegg ( all genuflect here . . ) the retired librarian from the Philadelphia Orchestra, who is VERY generous in doing research and providing us all with info.

It is highly likely that either the Tokyo Wind Ensemble OR Denis Bouriakov own this arrangement - and it is not published. I will continue to look around . . but if it is not on the Niewegg list on Larry's site - not a whole lot of chance. Not in Pepper, either.
