Most TVs will work with a 50/60Hz power source. Check the TVs manual to make sure it's 100-230V and 50/60Hz just to make sure. The frequency input of the power supply has nothing to do with the picture generation. Clocks for that are internally generated.

As far as power goes, yes. Modern TVs just rectify the AC to DC anyways.
Noe, 50 Hz implies it may be a PAL TV, which may be incompatible with the signals available from sources or equipment domestic to where you will be using it, if they use NTSC.
