Dry shampoo is meant for people who are bedridden and cannot wet their hair.
You apply the powder on the hair, then brush it out of the hair with a long-bristled brush until all the powder is gone. Between strokes, wipe the brush with a towel.

It should say on the back of it. If not, I guess just rub it into your roots where it is greasy. Although, it's probably much better to just wash your hair. I suggest shampoo and water....Show more
