How to maintain your weight?

I am 14 , 4"11, and I have lost 10 pounds.
Don't tell me I don't need to lose weight, I have talked to my doctor already.
Anyways, I have about 2-3 more pounds till I get to my goal weight, and once I get there I want to stay there & stop losing... and just maintain it.
So how can I do that?

By the way, I have been doing it the healthy way,
and my goal weight is healthy, not underweight!

Thank youuuu(:

I eat around 1,000 calories everyday.. I have a small frame by the way.
I don't starve myself at all. I eat when I'm hungry...
And 1,000 calories suits me fine...
And my goal weight is 100 .

If anyone wants to know how I lost it, it was basically changing my lifestyle .
I run almost 3 miles Monday - Friday .
And I just eat healthier !

So ,
More active + healthiness = weight loss! (:

That's good your running and eating healthy. As long as you keep consuming the right amount of food and exercise enough, you will maintain your weight. But 1000 calories a day sounds more unhealthy than it is healthy... Don't eat too little and especially at your age because your still growing.

two things. 1) congrats on your loss and 2) you're really short :) haha . anyways, to maintain weight you need to find out your BMR, which is how many calories you would burn even if you were in a coma and never moved. Once you do that find out how many calories you burn doing whatevery you do. so, just make sure they balance so you aren't eating more than you burn, causing weight gain

Carry on eating the amount of calories and the amount of exrecise that you do when you reach your goal
