Who happens to be her eldest son & daughter. They have legal documentation giving them P.A. My grandmother is on her death bed and some of my aunts & uncles are acting greedy... sighs.

Not unless they get a court order declaring her incompetent. And, the POA ends at death. At that point a petition must be filed in the probate court to probate assets in her sole name and an executor is appointed by the court. If assets are joint then they are not probated and go to the surviving joint tenant(s).

GO to court. It's probably not going to happen, cost a ton and cause huge family issues.
It's only money...sigh.
