No. Period

reading of the will is mostly just bad movie fiction. The will is filed with the probate office after the death, generally by the person named executor, who notifies heirs at some point of the process by mail.

The heirs have no need to read the will before the death of a person. No, you can't force it, you'll just have to wait to know how much you should love your Grandma while she's still alive.

No. In fact, reading of wills is very uncommon. Upon death, whoever has the will must file it with the probate court. It then becomes a public record available for everyone to read.

No,because it is a personal choice for the person who has the will,to let people know what is in it,and it can be changed at any time.the will is for deciding who gets what when the said person dies, not before hand.

I suppose that it's possible, if a judge can be convinced that people will come to harm if the will is not read beforehand. But that is *extremely* unlikely, so I wouldn't worry about it.
