Set equation up like this: Time whilst travelling at 99km/h for 140km + time whilst travelling at 61km/h for x km = total time (3.5 hours).
Now since time = distance/speed, our equation looks like this.
144/99 + x/61 = 3.5
x = 61*(3.5 - (144.99))
x = 127.2 km (to 2 decimal places)
Therefor the total distance traveled is 127.2 + 140 = 267.2 km
