My dog might have a bladder stone. How do I help him?
The vet says a surgery would cost $1,500 I can't afford that. Is there a diet that helps with dissolving a stone? Any other suggestions of how to keep him healthy without expensive Vet bills?

Find out the type of stones. Then, use google to research the options.
Talk to your local pet store. They often have vets that come in on weekends at a much more reasonable rate, and they have some other suggestions. They also may suggest changing the dogs diet for raw foods. But if your vet suggested $1500, I'm figuring your dog is already in a lot of pain? It may be too late to change the diet. Don't know of a quick way to dissolve stones.
