Would this be considered sexual discrimination?

I work for a company that is all men, there is one other female that works there and she has been there for 7 years and I have been there for 3 years. Quarterly everyone (except for me and the other female) is invited to the ranch for a hunting frenzy. My boss pays for everything from meals, to liquor, to the kills they make. They have company hats made to be passed out and also invite customers to the event. Everyone in the company is invited either personally by my boss or thru email. This event is entered into our accounting system as an employee benefit. When I first started working there I thought it was a benefit offered to the guys in the field because at that time it was only me, the other female and the bosses dad in the office and of course he invites his dad. Now we have 3 other men in the office and they get invited but we still do not. I mean I hunt, I fish and they all know this so it's not because of that. I think it is because we are females. Can this be considered sexual discrimination?

Yes, if it is a benefit that is included in your compensation package.
How much is the trip worth? You should get compensation equal to the value of the trip.

There is no such thing as "sexual" discrimination. Discrimination based solely on "gender" is illegal.

If a group of employees is excluded from a benefit paid for and given to all other employees, that may be unlawful discrimination.

If it is important, consult your lawyer. If you do not have a lawyer, use your local lawyer referral service or your state's bar association website to find one.

If it is not important, the opinions of strangers online will be sufficient.

Well, I think first you need to ask to be included and denied before it will be considered gender discrimination (not sexual). You can't just assume they know as most women do not hunt. (no disrespect meant)
