Opinions needed on Amana washer/dryer?

There's a sale going on that includes a top load Amana washer/dryer combo. I've never owned or even heard of this brand and neither has my boyfriend, so we're looking for some input on this brand's washer and dryer. Likes? Dislikes? Problems?

We have an Amana dryer, and I'm very happy with it.  It's been going for years with no problems whatsoever.

Amana is a good name.  If you're happy with the price, go for it.
