WR: Calvin Johnson (Questionable)
        Nate Washington

TE: Rob Gronkowski

Defense/Special Teams: Steelers 

K: Dan Bailey (Sebastien Janikowski is available in my league)

Bench:

QB: Chad Henne
       Ryan Fitzpatrick

RB:  Frank Gore (Questionable)
       Peyton Hillis (Questionable)
       Tim Hightower

WR: Devery Henderson
        Torrey Smith

That's my completely new team. I'm 0-3 and I basically dropped my whole team and started fresh.

The only thing I would do is replace victor Cruz with peyton hillis

I would trade Cam and Hightower for an elite RB1.  I would drop trending WR's and grab 1st string WR's instead.  It's neat to grab a waiver that blows up but it's risky when you need that person and they end up being a chump that had a good week at the beginning of the season..

start henderson over victor cruz though hes been very good this season and the jags stink

and i would definitely start either hillis (first) or gore (second) over addai if they are healthy as both will get heavy workloads esp hillis. 

youre qb and te is solid 

and janikowski is very good so i would recommend him i have him on my team
