An unbaised opinion please!?

OK, so i would like an unbaised opinion on my situation. I'll try to make it as simple as possible
-I like this guy who is named Ethan
-Ethan has a girlfriend named Emily who is now at university while we are still in highschool
-Ethan sometimes makes comments infront of me implying he doesnt want to be with his gf anymore (Eg he said-infront of me and some of his guy friends-that he was gonna give her the wrong date for prom so he didnt have to go with her)
-I have heard from his BFF that he likes Emily's Sister Kenzie (Kenzie is younger)
-Ethan finds any excuse to touch me (eg. today he said he wanted a hug, then grabbed my leg and hugged it...he ended up pulling me onto his lap with my legs wrapped around him and his face burried into my chest...it was a very close embrace in the middle of the library nonetheless! and he wouldnt let go)
-He always gives me highfives in the hallways and starts our conversations but will NEVER start texting me
-Ethan is very flirty with a lot of girls even infront of his gf, he is the class clown type of guy and is friends with the entire school
-I am a more shy girl but we talk often enough, im just not as outgoing as him and i dont have a large group of friends...i am in no way an outsider though (i am president of the athletic and spirit society and am tall thin and athletic)

Based on these facts what would you think...does he like me?
What would you do in my situation?

Thanks to everyone that has helped so far...just a point i want to add is that although he flirts with other girls he is just a goof ball he is the kind of guy that would NEVER be unfaithful to his gf...he is ok to flirt with girls infront of her because he knows that she knows it means nothing to him. (although he has never done anything with me infront of her thats the point which i believe sets me apart from the other girls...if you read this and still believe he is a player please let me know :D)

You don't want a player for a bf. Trust me. I want you to put yourself in his current gf's shoes just for a moment.......................................ok are you there? Now how would you like it if Ethan was doing to you what he is now doing to her?? How would you feel? Would think he was a cheater? Wouldn't say "Hey Ethan why not break up with the gal FIRST then pursue me or someone else?" See how it works.?? You need to now begin setting boundries in your life on what you accept as well....acceptable behavior by guys. If not.....your going to end up very sad. With guys cheating and thinking you will put up with it.

Leave him alone. Next time he uses some excuse to "touch" you....ask him "Hey how's that gf of yours doing?". If he doesn't like it ask him why he doesn't just break up instead of cheating on her.

Sometimes you have to be honest.

My complete unbiased, no holds barred opinion? Ready? Whether or not he likes you is a moot point. The point is, he has a girlfriend and is messing around with a bunch of girls, including...if I'm reading this correctly...her sister! Seriously, don't you think you can do better? Do you think he'll behave differently if he's dating YOU? Don't kid yourself. If you start dating him, you'll be in Emily's position soon enough. And if he doesn't like her anymore he should TELL her instead of telling all his friends he plans on giving her the wrong date for the prom. (Which, btw, is a statement that he still expects to be with her when it comes time for the prom, which is still like, seven months away, no)?

i think of there's a lot happening in them childrens lives. staring on the full image, mom is addicted to drugs, dad gets under the effect of alcohol and hits which leaves the youngsters with CPS. CPS is a no longer user-friendly board to circulate earlier. each and each bit & piece in each and every ones life is over grew to become then appeared at. If I had to compliment if the mummy might desire to be left on my own with the youngsters, the respond isn't any. i do no longer applaud the dad the two. He screwed up, he lost the youngsters using fact he did some thing rather dumb! yet you, using fact the step be sure have little or no, now and returned no longer something to assert while it is composed of his childrens. superb now no person has them. instead of focusing on what the mummy is or isn't doing, enable CPS concentration on her and you concentration on your husband staying sober. i do no longer think of you're incorrect for wanting the mummy to stay remote from the youngsters until eventually she gets sparkling. they're her childrens. help the mummy get help!

I really don't think his guy is worth your time. He seems all take and if he's saying these things about his current girlfriend, it will be even easier for him to say the same thing to you. He just seems like a trashy dude who wants to get with as many women as possible. Show him who's boss and don't give him the time of day.

he may like you but if he did a lot he'd end it with his GF and go for you. It sounds like he is just trying to have sex and get with other girl's why his girlfriend is gone. And he uses the perfect excuse that he does not "like his gf" anymore and may try a poor me approach.
