No Camera Icon on Lock Screen?

So I have upgraded to iOS5 but the camera icon for me is not on the lockscreen, anyhelp please?

i havent downloaded it but i know how it works. go to settings. you have to activate it. or .if u didnt know. u have to hit the home button twice
