I'm in High School. I've asked this girl out on a date before, and she kept on saying she doesn't think she can make it. I thought she was blowing me off. But her friend told me she liked me but isn't allowed to date. What do I do?

Don't ask her to go on a "date" per say. Start in a big group, including her friend and get her friend to ask her. Then, ask her to a casual setting, like studying or say you have to, maybe babysit your siblings and ask her to join. By then she and her parents will probably be comfortable with you to at least hanging out alone, but if not, ask her really last minute, like say a movie that starts in 20 min. Then she can't back out last minute.

its not a date, its "hanging out". Say id really like to spend with you, but not on a date. Kinda get to know you better, take you out for lunch. see if things take off from there

school date u hold hands in school walk to class together..etc and when she can date go on date then just make sure people that might tell her parents arent around like brothers and sisters ..ect

Well she probably likes you, but her parents might think shes not mature enough or she could even just be shy to go on a date.
