And the NWT is a highly suspect version of the bible. There is a reason they call it "the Green Phantom". lol The original Greek and Aramaic New Testament says God not a god.

Lately I have started liking the ESV more. I preferred the NASB in the past, but have my complaints with it. Actually the new KJV is also to my liking. The NIV is easiest to read. My preference though is to go back to the original Greek in the NT, but I am not as proficient at it as I would like to be.
The Living Bible (from the 1970's). Even though I own most all versions, I have taught children at VBS, Children's Church, and Sunday School for years and this version makes sense to young ones and to myself. I firmly believe the best Bible is the one read and understood and applied.
non of the version is my favorite, nor i like this book at this shape it has now. I mean to say it has been changed by various people according to their own views and many "great" people have added their views in this book to mold other people according to their views. So this is no more that book which was sent by God.isn't it
