Help With Baby Names?

My cousin and I are really close. Last month, we found out that his wife is pregnant. Yesterday, he asked me to think of a name for his baby and he said he wants the baby to be names after to me, but not per se. He hates girly names, by the way.

Boy:
Ely
Eliandre

Laine i like, not sure on the boys names.
In the UK Ely is a place not a name so have to be Eliandre but not sure the pronunciation of it?
