Not by a cop, by some random guy. Can he tell the cops and then have the cops press charges. We left right away but he probably wrote down the license number. Can anything bad happen?
Suppose he took pictures or something... I dont know how long he was there... could he sell them to a news station or the paper and get a story about it published?

if he got a full description of you and your car he could possible tell the cops and have them press charges. But I wouldnt worry about it he was probably having more fun watching you to rabbits have fun then thinking about anything else. If he did and the police come over tell them your twin from adifferent state came in town and he might have had a one night stand with some gurl he meet but you dont know and tell them you will ask him later.
