Microsoft word experts please!?

I remember learning a shortcut in Microsoft word(MW) but I forgot how to do it:

It is where I can program MW to write the whole word for me.
EX; If i were to write 'CO' it would automatically change it to 'Crohns Disease'

Please help. I have a long paper to write.
Thank you!

I'm not a Word expert, but if you add CO to the Autocorrect options, this will do the trick. If you have 2007, click the Office button (if you have 2010, click the File tab), then go to Word Options (in 2010 it's just Options I believe). Click Proofing, then the Autocorrect Options button. In the Replace field, type CO, and in the With field, type Crohns Disease. Click the Add button, then click OK.

The only thing is if you ever type CO and want it to mean the state of Colorado (as in an address), it will replace it then, also. Perhaps you could use CO- instead of CO.

I can't point you exactly where to look at,as I don't have MSW installed.
I THINK if you mis-spell a word , and right-click on that word, somewhere in the menu that pops up is autocorrect settings. In there I think you can add auto-corrects (i.e. add CO to Crohns Disease)

There is a nice little program from Lifehacker that does this no matter what program you are in. Just google "lifehacker texter" and you should see it near the top of the list.
