Standard boxed edition is $60, and comes with 1 month of free playtime.
Collector's Edition is currently at $200+, but comes loaded with goodies and, as I understand it, 1 month of early access.
Subscription cost is $15/month.
Gameplay-wise, I have no idea. I didn't get into the beta.
