Now for my question, do you agree with NASCAR's Drug Policy? If you don't, then what should they change about it?
BQ: Can Tony Stewart beat Edwards for the championship? BQ2: In your opinion, is Harvick out of contention? BQ3: Are you looking forward to the race at Phoenix in a couple weeks?

Yep...I supported and rallied for him too...just thought it was all a big conspiracy regarding Everham and his buddies...plus the horrid stepmother which I still think had a big hand in his downfall anyway. Looking at his eyes you know he knows the jig is up. Poor guy. Well I liked him in racing and I supported him but now I wash my hands of it...he gets no more support from me. I hope he gets the help he needs. BQ: Yes BQ2: Yes BQ3:Yes
I did the same thing you did. I gave him the chance to prove that NASCAR was wrong. Guess NASCAR was right.
I do agree with the policy, NASCAR is not the only pro sport to do such a thing. Being intoxicated behind the wheel of any vehicle is a bad idea, add speeds up to 190 its a real recipe for death. Mayfield had the chance to change his life, but instead tried to pull one over on NASCAR and the fans.
BQ Hell yeah Smoke can beat Cousin Carl for the cup, that is if they can keep up this streak of good runs.
BQ2 Yes and no. They are going to need a bit of luck, and really focus on the task at hand. In other word they can not screw and the top 4 (sorry 48 fans but no 6 peat now watch in 3 weeks I will be eating my words) has either bad luck or horrible finishes.
BQ3 Yes, I have not seen any pictures of the track since the repave and reconfiguration. Should be a good one.
It is sad. He had great potential. BQ: Yes, Tony Stewart is the hottest driver right now and he can beat Edwards even though I am for Edwards. Harvick is a long shot because he would have to win and hope for Edwards and Stewart to have bad luck. I think it will be between Tony and Carl. I won't be able to see the Phoenix race live. I will have to watch a replay on Speed.
At first, I thought the article said that the meth was stolen from the Red Bull Racing team I guess I agree with NASCAR's drug testing policy. NASCAR isn't a sport where performance enhancers mean a lot, and most of the drivers are better people than athletes in other sports. I think that might be because they have to keep up a good image for their sponsors. It doesn't seem like NASCAR needs any changes to their testing policy right now BQ1: I think so. That's who I'm rooting for anyway BQ2: Mathematically, no. But I don't think he's going to win it. Edwards and Stewart are just too good. Between the two of them they won't give up enough points for Harvick to win it BQ3: I absolutely am! I loved seeing Jeff Gordon win there in April and I'm excited to watch a race with more or less a clean slate, so to speak
The Mayfield story is just getting ramped up. It's not going anywhere any time soon. There's meth in my house? Thousands of dollars of stolen property in my garage? I had no idea any of that was even there and none of it's mine. Yeah, right. I did think Nascar gave him a raw deal, and something does smell about all of this, but Jeremy Mayfield's credibility is gone. I also agree that bonus questions are stupid - just post another question. There's no bonus involved for anyone.
