Are you a conversation starter?

I notice some people are quick to txt, call, email others etc. etc. to start up a conversation.

I personally rarely txt anyone without being contacted first. Don't get me wrong if you contact me, i will talk your head off, but like i said i wont txt you unless i have a question or a plan etc.

So what kind of person are you? And do you feel like people who dont initiate conversations have a lack of interest in conversing?

I never really talk to people unless they start the converstation first (this is with texting. Although with face to face communication i notice with certain people i'm always the person who starts up the converstation, i always put the most effort in to keep it going. I hate when i always have to be the one who starts new topics. It makes me feel like they are not interested.
