How do i contact carnival cruise lines VIA EMAIL?

I recently went on a carnival cruise to the bahamas onboard the carnival pride and it was kind of disappointing. I lost 3 days of sun due to literally the craziest sea conditioins i ever seen in my life and also many activities/venues were closed due to flooding. I am pretty sure they are refunding people who went on this cruise and i need to know how to contact them via email. Can somebody give me email addresses for the carnival pride or carnival cruise customer service email address. If you can help i will greatly appreciate it.

First, I would contact whomever you purchased your cruise through.

If you booked directly with Carnival, then return to their homepage http://www.carnival.com/ and look for the links there... on the right side you will see "community & buzz" for some links.

However, your contract states that Carnival is not responsible for weather conditions. Frankly, the bad weather comes in the same months every year... if you want good weather you may want to cruise in a different season. Unless Carnival did something and is at fault, there may not be a refund in your future. They discount cruises during bad weather season... it is a benefit for taking the gamble of sailing when bad things might happen.

Not being heartless... I know it is disappointing.

Nevertheless... good luck.

Great answer from Buffy. Remember, no company will ask you for money to get a job. Further, most cruise line jobs are for 6 months and you have to re-apply. And if you did not sent a resume to Carnival, then they would have no way or reason to contact you. So, yeah, its a scam.
