Not necessarily. Could mean that those who don't want to hear the truth are trying to get rid of the responses. I happen to read all the answers and thumb down those which either do not pertain to the question or are way off base.
If you notice both a christian and atheist pointed fingers at each other and said they were at fault because they didn't want to hear the truth. Too bad many think that way.

It suggests that there are more people online at the time who disagree with the answerers opinion.
