What's the story on marijuana in Colorado?

Is it legal? Just medical? If it's just medical can somebody just walk into a place and get a script for any old reason they can come up with? What happens if I leave the state after? Somebody tell me as much as they can please.

you can get a medical license fairly easily. if you don't have a license you can have an ounce on you and they will let you go. if you leave the state you are the mercy of the other states law.
