anyone know of a place to get a guaranteed flawless ruby? like in someone's house on a shelf or something? i know i could mine for it and i know i could do quests and eventually find one but i'm impatient... hahah

go to a trader or in the market there are jewlery selers they almost always have one other then that find them in chests at random or on people
