What are the structural differences between men and women?
Other than the sexual parts, do men have one less rib than women? Are there any specific differences like that?

Structurally, and anatomically, minus genitalia/reproductive organs, men and women are identical. This means we are built with the same skeletal framework and have the same amount of ribs.
There are morphological sex indicators (for example, males tend to have larger muscles so the areas where the muscles attach to the bone tend to be bigger, and a variety of bones differ in size/shape/robusticity), but we are are built with the same pieces, again minus the sex organs.
If you go into brain structure and things like that, there is research to suggest we are structured differently in regards to our wiring...but I don't really know much about that.
