Audience, Focus, and Scope

ICP addresses things that your Sysadmins are concerned with; hacking, employees leaving and taking passwords or data, viruses on the network, spam complaints , delivering email records in response to a subpeona..
DRP - concerns everybody, it could be as simple as restoring a backup tape, or moving the whole company to a new location.
BCP - the sysadmins will have to work, but this is the concern of the Accounting, Marketing, Sales departments. Separate from the other two plans, they want to get back in touch with customers and suppliers as soon as possible.
