I have an email list of over 10k People and I need to send out a press release. I need to be able to attach pictures to it as well and need to be able to send it all at once from some type of account or using some type of program. Anybody know anything that is free or a trial that will work?

If you have a list of 10,000 people who really opted into it, then I am sure you have a webhost that you are paying a reasonable fee to. If you have bought a spamlist, then the unscrupulous mailhost willing to field all the complaints without pulling the plug on your account will expect to be extra well paid.
Free services like Hotmail, Yahoo, etc can make enough money on their displayed ads to service modest, ordinary use. They do not make enough to provide you with the service you want.
