You can download a 30 day trial version ONLY from Adobe's website.
Elements costs = $100, CS5 = $700, CS5 Extended = $1000.
Suggest you do a liittle research, and download the most suitable version to meet your requirements.
The two other responses given to your question, have both been reported for a BLATANT violation of Yahoo's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
There are 'numerous' photo/image editors available, many of them free - do some research there too!!
