I had a cold 2 weeks ago. It was just a weak sinus cold. Got over it, felt fine for 2 weeks, yesterday felt funny scratchy throat, one of my tonsils is slightly swollen and there is a small amount of white stuff, looks like a piece of popcorn. I'm not running fever and I don't feel terrible, just a little weaker. Am I just getting another cold or could I need an antibiotic for my throat.

Be on the safe side and visit your doctor. having had a cold for 2 weeks your resistance to infection could be low. He/She will have the answer.
