Is anyone's weather as inconsistent as Houston's?

On Monday, there was heavy rain including intense flooding in most of Houston. It was overcast nearly the entire day, except for later in the evening where the skies became clear.

On Tuesday, it was cloudy and cold with some mild-strong winds. I'd say it was somewhere in the 50's, good weather but could be a little colder.

Today, it is sunny and warm. Definitely in the 70s with no rain in sight.

And in before the expected and unavoidable "La Niña", the one responsible for the crazy weather.

La Nina has an influence time scale that is spread out for the season, so the crazy weather you have had over the past week can not be blamed on La Nina. However, the drier and warmer winter, if it continues, can be partly be blamed on La Nina.
