Travel to Sapa in February?

Hello,

I would love to hear from anyone who has visited Sapa in February.

I've just been doing some research and have read that it will be freezing, foggy and wet so would like to know if it's still worth visiting in that month?

If you want to see the rice fields then don't visit it in February
