Yes. I had the exact same issue. You have to sign back in and click on the review tab at the top of the page. You need to allow it to rerun federal and state alerts. This is different than the alerts in the efile process. You will know you have successfully done this when your status goes from Resubmission Required back to Awaiting Acceptance.

Yes I did. You have to review the alerts and go through this filing steps again. I spoke wit taxact,tgey said it was an update the Irs made withtheir software

You need to go back to taxact.com and log on and start over from the review section at the top.
