Does the tmobile samsung galaxy s2 have mobile AP (access point)?

I have the samsung vibrant for tmobile and this phone has mobile AP and it comes in handy. its one thing that i love about the phone. But i qualify for an upgrade and im looking into the galaxy s2 and was iffy about getting it. I need to know if it has mobile access point. Thanx in advance for any answers.

yes, all android phones are capable of running wifi access points
t-mobile does charge for this service though.
