How to get Macy's W-2 online if no longer employed there?

Does anybody know where or how to get a W-2 form from Macy's online if you're no longer employed there? See, last year I was waiting and waiting and waiting to get it in the mail, and the people in HR just told me to sign up to get it online because I probably wasn't getting one in the mail. So I did, I got it online, then a couple days later the hard copy finally showed up in the mail.

So now it's a year later and since I signed up to get it online I don't think one is coming in the mail. Only problem is I have no idea how to get it. I don't remember my insite password, and even if I did, I don't think my insite account exists anymore. If I knew I wasn't going to be working there at this time this year I never would have done the online thing.

I probably have to just call them or go in, but everyone in the human resources office is so clueless and disorganized, it'll probably take me weeks to get a straight answer.

you go to w2express.com. That's where your W-2 will be, the same location as last year. You don't have to remember your Macy's info. Just your SSN and PIN. I just checked myself, but it's not on there. I'm assuming we'll just get them in the mail since they were supposed to be available 2 weeks earlier than when you get them in the mail, and they are required to be out with the next 11-12 days :-\

Legally, the employer has to provide that information to you by Jan 31st. If you are no longer employed at a job they will mail it to you. You can call the employer and make sure they have your current address and ask when the W-2's are going out. Good Luck.

It s very time consuming trying to get a W2 Form for the IRS from Macy s. Macy s is not a friendly employer from my past experience. I worked well up north for Macy s and now here in Sarasota, FL; Management is beyond a professional and positive comment. Avoid working as a slave in the Siesta Key, FL Macy s!!!! After they closed the Bradenton, FL Macy s those managers relocated to the Siesta Key area and it s degrading and horrific. Go Trump............jostling................:)
