why did i only have my period for like two days?

my period came yesterday, really heavy. i have it to day but not any where near as bad its like its going away.
why??

"Normal" periods last from 2 to 10 days.

Periods are SUPPOSED to last from 2-10 days. Also sometimes with periods, one day you might see blood, the next day see some more blood, then might not see a day of blood, then the next day see blood.
