Will any of the GOP presidential candidates last past Florida ?
Being that Mitt Romney has at least 30 times the money that all of them put together has to to spend and that's not even counting his super packs

The States that have been done so far, are of small value in Electoral votes. Florida has 29 Electoral votes. Tied for third place with New York in vote value. If a candidate carries Florida, Texas, New York and California alone, they will have 151 Electoral votes. Just 119 short of the winning number 270. Whoever wins Florida, it will be a big victory since because of that Electoral vote number. Whoever doesn't win, it will be a big blow to their campaign trail.
Florida, Texas, California and New York are big in Electoral votes because of population size. A State with 20 million residents will be a much bigger deal than a State with only 3 or 4 Electoral votes and a population size of one or two million.
As for money, the more money you have, the more your name will be out there, more speaking, more meeting of the voters and more of everything really.
