A CD is very sticky and i want to get rid of it.?

This skyrim cd is sticky on the title side and it has some sticker thing that i want to remove it, the sticker circles the center and is about half a inch in radius
I would like to get rid of the sticker and the sticky stuff left behind by the sticker

put water on a soft cotton rag and rub it out in a circular manner and continue till it removes, i might take a while depending on how bad the sticker is on there
