Should I stay a Skitty or become a Delcatty?

In Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. My partner will definitely become a Lucario, but I'm not sure whether or not to evolve.

You may want to stay as Skitty to learn Wake-Up-Slap or something, but if it's at level 40+ evolve it
