The best way to prepare cocoa is to stick a small peppermint candy cane in it so that you have chocolate mint cocoa, then add marshmallows and top with whipped cream. Toasty.

marshmallows because there only good melted, while whipped cream is way better alone. Marshmallows suck alone.
