Are there any that are more acting than modeling agencies, like Osbrink in LA? I would sign to Osbrink but they say I live too far and I need to find one closer to me. And before I take the chance and move to LA, I want to see if I could really make it in Miami! Thanks in advance!

Also you could try the SAG website for a list of franchised agents. They have a search feature to find agencies by location.

Good talent agencies, for acting, that is, don't also deal with models. Modelling and acting are totally different careers and the agents would have different contacts.
It depends on so many things - your age, and how much experience you have, and how many years training you've had. Also, agents tend to expect their clients to live withing a few miles of their offices - auditions often only give an hour or two's notice.
I suggest that you ask for advice from your drama school or acting class.
They'd know a) if you're ready for an agent and b) which local agents are genuine and which are scams.
