Yes, anesthetic instruments can cause bruising and it's not uncommon for patients to have throat pain for a couple days after having surgery or respirator removed. Drink tea with honey and take your pain medications.

If you doctor has no objection, you can add Advil or Aleve to the oxycontin because they are different kinds of pain relievers. Oxy is central nervous system medication whereas Advil and/or Aleve are prostaglandin-inhibitors which reduce inflammation. Make sure you take any and all these medications with food. If I have this right, you are strapped down for surgery, you can't move or the dr. would be cutting areas he didn't want to cut. But your body was still reacting to the cutting so it was trying to move against the restraints to cause the pain. Even if that is wrong about the tied down the rest is correct. Leg pains are often caused by tight muscles in the lower back pressing onto the nerves going to your legs. The back pain would be from the back muscles as well. Your neck muscles are tight for the pain there. To get rid of the pains you have to free up the back and neck muscles to release the tight ones causing your pains and here's how to free them up:
Neck Release:
Place your hands behind your head touching your fingers. Press into the back of your neck with them and hold the pressure on them. After 45 seconds slowly lower your head until your neck is fully extended. Release the pressure but hold your head there for another 30 seconds.
Back:
(do while sitting)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
