My car is rumbling when I drive?

I have a 2002 Buick Rendezvous and just recently I been hearing a squeaking noise coming from my front driver side tire. On my way home my suv started to rumble almost like I was driving on a really bumpy road and after going over 40 mph I hear a grinding noise. Could this be a bad wheel bearing?

Sounds like a hub bearing, I have replaced one on my truck and since it rides excellent and also save a bit more on gas.
