Had to replace the windshield on my 2010 subaru outback. They installed a factory windshield now the wipers scrape and they didn't with the old windshield. They changed the blades but they still scrape. What is my next step, I hate the noise. Why did this happen and what can I do?

If they removed the wiper arms to replace the windshield they may have bent them. If so, they owe you new wiper arms--not the blades, the arms. They're what the blades attach to. They're not expensive.

The arms scrapes the glass or the rubber is making a scraping noise ? I would bring
it back once again to find out what is causing this noise.
